🌿 YOGA IN THE PARK
Tuesdays • 6:30–7:30 pm • Acadia Park, Lower Sackville (behind the hill)

Join us for an uplifting outdoor yoga session surrounded by nature. These classes are open to all levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome here.

We’ll move, breathe, and connect together in a relaxed, supportive space. Come to ground yourself, stretch your body, and nourish your spirit—with community and under the open sky.

✨ Offered by donation (dāna), in the spirit of community and generosity.
Please bring your own mat (and anything else you might need for comfort).
