Begin 2026 with one full hour dedicated entirely to your nervous system.
Join me for a deeply restorative Sunday Sound Bath, blending gentle breathwork with the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls. This practice helps reset your energy, melt stress, and invite a peaceful start to your week.

What to Expect:
� Light guided breathwork
� A full immersive crystal bowl sound bath
� Deep relaxation + energetic reset
� A cozy, calming atmosphere in our new space

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket + pillow for extra comfort
• Water
• Optional: eye mask, cozy socks, journal
