As autumn moves toward stillness, the trees remind us that there is a season for growing, a season for gathering—and a season for gently releasing what is complete. 

WHAT TO EXPECT 
Join Rhonda and Tina for a nourishing two-hour Restorative Yoga and Sound Journey in a welcoming Reiki infused space.
Tina will guide you through a series of fully supported restorative poses, offering the body time to soften, settle and rest. As you become comfortable and still, Rhonda will weave the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, crystal pyramid and other instruments throughout the space.
