This is an introduction to the concepts and "safe" practices of "journeying" (or "travelling" as Kathering Genet refers to it as in her Wildgrove books).
The four parts will cover:
Preparing for a session
Travelling Outside Environments
Travelling Inside Environments
Things to do while you are there

Please Note: This workshop will not "take you" on a journey and is somewhat different than Shamanic Journeying
