You’re warmly invited to Drum, Dance & Sound Healing — a sacred evening of movement, rhythm, expression, release, and deep reconnection to the body.

This is a space to step out of the mind and into the body.

✨️ Outline for the evening ✨️

We will begin by gently arriving into the space together, connecting with the body and setting intentions for what you’re ready to shift, release, or call forward. You’ll also have the opportunity to pull an oracle message to support and guide your journey.

From there, we’ll move into a free-form drum and dance journey, where you are invited to move in whatever ways feel natural and true for you.

There is no structured choreography.
There is no right or wrong way to move—simply be. 💃

You are welcome to:
– Drum
– Dance
– Move slowly or wildly
– Vocalize or remain in silence (primal expression welcomed)
– Rest at any time (pauses are encouraged)

We will close the evening with a short guided meditation and grounding sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and voice. This offers the nervous system a chance to soften and integrate through the vibrations of sound.

🦋 This space is for you if you’re craving:
– A deeper connection with your body
– A safe space to express, be held, and release emotion
– A shift from overthinking into feeling
– Community and shared presence
– A reset for your nervous system

What to Bring:
– Water bottle
– Comfortable, layered clothing
– Your own yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for the sound bath (yoga mats also available for use in studio)
– A journal (optional)
– Your own drum or percussion instrument (optional) If you have an extra instrument you called to share- please bring it along! I will also have several extras to choose from 🪘
