At just 30 years old, Gavin is preparing for a life-saving double lung and bone marrow transplant in Pennsylvania after years of complications from  X-linked Agammaglobulinemia (XLA) caused severe damage to his lungs.

As Gavin focuses on his health, his wife has stepped away from work to care for him and their two young children. The financial burden of medical expenses, travel, accommodations, and everyday living costs is overwhelming, and together we can help make a difference.
