If you plan to participate in the parade, an entry form is required. Groups without completed entry forms will not be permitted to participate.

Vendor Early Bird Pricing(Ends April 3rd)

Vendor Requirements:
Set up may begin no earlier than 8am. All Vendors must be completely set up by 9:30am and vehicles moved to designated parking area. We ask that boxes, packing materials and extra stock be removed from your booth and placed in your vehicle. Items will not be permitted to be stored on sidewalks or next to exhibits. No vendor shall dismantle or remove any part of its display before the end of the event. Please remove all trash and leave the street clean.

Exhibit Space:
LLCAG agrees to provide one 10x10 space but tables, chairs and tents are the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors will be responsible for the setup of their own exhibit. Power is not provided, however, generators are permitted with prior approval. Please request use when submitting your application. Assignment of booth space will be allocated by LLCAG.
If you need more than one 10x10 space, you will need to purchase two spaces.
Food trucks that are larger than 10x10 will need to purchase an additional space.

Food:
All food vendors must meet and comply with the Lake County Health Department regulations and it is the vendors responsibility to obtain a permit from the County of Lake. Compliance will be validated by event staff on site the day of the fair. (Lake County Public Health 707-263-1164). Food vendors must provide two trash cans and bags to be placed in front of your booth. LLCAG will pick up and dispose of trash throughout the event. Permits must be prominently displayed during the entire event.


When will I know if I am accepted to the event?
-We will notify you via email if your applications are accepted within two weeks of your application being submitted.

-Finalized vendor booth placement will be sent the week of the event.
