This work unravels ritual as a way of knowing ourselves - mind, body, and spirit. Bea and Sam explore the small actions we turn to for comfort, survival, and care. Through a shared sensory game, they listen to each other and to the world, discovering what it means to cope, to nourish, and to be human.
