Join Viet Hub NZ and I Love Vietfood for a hands-on cooking workshop featuring a vibrant Vietnamese meal that is often enjoyed at family gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to prepare:

� Grilled Chicken (Gà Nướng)
Marinated with aromatic spices and grilled to perfection for a delicious balance of smoky, savoury, and slightly sweet flavours.

� Turmeric Sticky Rice (Xôi Xéo)
A beloved Vietnamese sticky rice dish known for its golden colour, rich aroma, and comforting texture.

� Pickled Vegetables (Dưa Chua)
Fresh, tangy pickles that add crunch and balance to every bite.

Together, these dishes create a meal that is colourful, flavourful, and deeply rooted in Vietnamese food culture.

Whether you're new to Vietnamese cooking or looking to expand your culinary skills, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to learn practical techniques, share stories, and enjoy a delicious meal together.

If the venue facilities and class size don't allow hands-on cooking activities, the session will mainly be a demonstration. We will do our best to include as much participant involvement and practice as possible.
