Celebrate Lowell Winterfest with a FREE cozy, creative make + take pop-in at Pop Cultured

Stop by Pop Cultured during Winterfest to paint or color your own wooden magnet inspired by some of our favorite Winterfest things- like the amazing cake sculpture, an adorable version of the Lowla Bear mascot, or a chocolate bar for St. Anne’s Chocolate Festival among others.
