Each Tuesday in November from 7 to 9 p.m., Executive Director Sister Gabriella Pettirossi, FSE, born and raised in Assisi, Italy, will teach and share her secrets to making authentic Italian cuisine. The Nov. 11 class will be making piatti forti, traditional Italian meat entrées.

We're also offering another class Nov. 25 that will focus on making pasticceria, classic Italian desserts.
