We do understand life happens and can offer to reschedule to a date within the next 2 months.To reschedule your workshop you MUST CONTACT THE STUDIO at info@potterymill.com more than 72 hours ahead of your class AND choose a rescheduled date by Thursday morning so staff have enough time to open your original spots for new guests. Unfortunately, we can not offer any rescheduling options to guests who contact us less than 72 hours of an event, don’t choose a new date in time, or do not show up to their scheduled class. As a small business, it is hard to fill up newly opened spots with short notice. We do understand life and things change quickly so please consider this when purchasing your tickets as we cannot fill up those spaces on short notice.
