Join SERCAP for a 90 minute presentation aimed at first-time homebuyers that will provide an overview of the homebuying process and how to best prepare yourself. Topics include loan products, affordability, upfront costs, credit score requirements, first time homebuyer programs, and more. Although this class is aimed at first-time homebuyers, all are welcome regardless of previous knowledge and experiences involving homebuying.
