Feathers & Foliage at Fortune's Cove Preserve

Experience the beauty of autumn at Fortune's Cove Preserve with The Nature Conservancy and Piedmont Virginia Bird Club! We will look for migrating raptors and other bird species while enjoying the fall foliage.

There will be two options for attendees at the event: a more accessible birding experience in the meadow near our parking area, or a hike to explore the preserve. Bring: water, snacks, comfortable shoes and clothing, and binoculars if you wish.
