- **Event Description**: We are REALLY excited about this Tap Takeover! In addition to the folks from Sojourn joining us, Wayne Snow will also be providing tunes from 5-8pm. If you have not seen Wayne yet, do yourself a favor and come join us. Between the beers/ciders and the music, it is a night you will not want to miss!

And without further ado, here is the planned beer and cider 
(yes, we said cider) lineup:

Ten - Czech Pale Lager 4.2% ABV - This Czech Pale Lager is a beautiful expression of exactly that. A showcase of balance; fresh bready malt weaves effortlessly with snappy, floral Saaz hops.

Dreherhaus -  Vienna Lager 5%ABV - Named for the father of Vienna lager Anton Dreher. Dreherhaus is an expression of time and craftsmanship.  An all Virginia malt bill (Murphy & Rude, Charlottesville VA) highlights this snappy Vienna lager.  A strong biscuity malt structure lends notes of whole grain cracker, toasty bread, and soft hay. This one is perfect for sitting around a table with tinned fish, Wasa crackers, and a creamy brie.

Pettinga - Bavarian Pilsner 4.7% ABV (Mittlefruh, Tettnang, Whole Cone Tettnang, Whole Cone Tango) - Golden Pilsner inspired by our favorite Bavarian Pilsner, we used copious amounts of low alpha hops, along with whole cone hops. Featuring a single decoction this one has a lighter body, bready aroma with herbal tones, flavor is bread and crackery, with citrus and floral notes. Bitterness is present at first but very soft and quick to dissipate.

Dwell - Mosaic Lopomax, Dry Hop Galaxy & Nelson 6.5%ABV IPA

Dweller - Citra & Nelson, 8%ABV DIPA

Luftschloss - Hefeweizen  4.2% ABV - Flavors of bubblegum, apricot on the forefront, citrus finish, touch of banana, mild clove, silky body. Cloudy with persistent white foam, golden in color.

Peach Bloom - 6.5%ABV Fruited cider with peach

Paradise - Harisson -Off-Dry Cider - 8.0% Apple blossom/baking spice. An American stalwart of the 18th century and yet almost lost until rediscovered in the 1970’s.  Harrison’s is rich and complex, with bright floral notes leading into a soft woody body.
