12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Setting: Sacred Sanctuary, Oratory: Warm indoor space with candlelight, meditation pillows, yoga mats, and soft instrumental music. Optional forest walk if weather allows.

✨ 12:00 – 12:45 PM | Solstice Blessing and Lunch 
Welcome with a nutritious lunch in the Oratory basement. Short introduction about the symbolism of the Solstice.
✨1:00 – 1:45 PM | Slow Flow + Yin Yoga for Stillness With Aromatherapy
Gentle warming sequence to awaken the body. Yin poses to release stagnation and invite calm. Renew with pine and cedar incense. Soft background of warm soothing music.

✨ 2:00 – 2:45 PM | Sound Bath + Guided Meditation: “Journey into the Light”
Lie down on mats and pillows under blankets. Crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes guide you through visualization: descending into stillness, discovering your inner light. Optional use of aromatherapy (lavender facecloths).

✨ 2:45 – 3:15 PM | Winter Forest Walk & Reflection (Optional Indoor Labyrinth Adaptation)
We’ll enjoy a nice winter forest walk in nature (or mindful labyrinth walk indoors). Journal prompt: “What am I ready to release?” Silent reflection with soft instrumental music or nature sounds.

✨ 3:15 – 3:45 PM | Candle Ritual & Tea Ceremony: Release & Renew
Participants light a personal candle to represent their intention and renewed inner flame. Internal mantra: “Light within me, light around me, light guiding me forward.”

✨ 3:45 – 4:00 PM | Closing Blessing & Gift
Shared reflections and insights from our experience. Closing gratitude meditation and pick a small gift as a token. Journal prompt: "What to release?" with fire pit burning.
