Join us at The Love Shack - Craft Mocktails on Sunday April 19 for a Somatic Release Workshop with licensed psychotherapist Jessica Kopp.

During this experience I will guide you to gently access and release stored emotions in the body through controlled shaking exercises. All are welcome and no experience is necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel to lay down on. The majority of the practice we will be laying down, except for the first 10-15 minutes will be standing.
