Girl Scouts Earn Merit Badge - Bollywood Beat Interactive Dance Workshop

Mon, Jan 12th, 2026 at 4 PM Bollywood Dance Class for 2nd Grade Brownie Girl Scout Troop 4007 at Loveland Library, 649 Loveland Madeira Rd, Loveland, OH 45140. Open scout team members only. Scouts earn some of the Art and AAPI Heritage requirements for the merit badge!

Workshops is designed to build Daisy, Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes' courage and confidence within a safe community for more positive sense of self and purpose.

Bollywood Beat Interactive Workshop Description- Dance, music, action, drama, glamor all comes together in Bollywood movies. These dances have a touch of tradition, includes many different flavors and walks of life. These dances are very popular all over the world given they are earthy, simple yet energizing in nature. You will participate and experience the fun and celebratory dances. Dancer(s) dressed in colorful costumes, intricate jewelry and theatrical makeup will entertain you with breath-taking footwork and ancient story-telling techniques. Create a magical moment with this spectacular hands-on showcase of artistic expression, energy and the beauty that will make you experience incredible Dances of India.
