Format:
Double elimination with crossover.
If fewer than 10 teams are registered for a division, the format may change to pool play followed by a single elimination tournament.
Brackets will be posted the night before the event after the registration cutoff.


Time:
7:30 AM – Doors Open
8:00 AM – Play Begins


Late Policy:
Once your match is called, you will be on the clock. Late teams will forfeit their first set after 15 minutes. Late teams will forfeit the match after 30 minutes. If you’re scheduled to ref, the late policy penalty will be applied to your next match.


Payout:
80%+ of entries less fees will be paid out.
Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers of each division.  Prizes will be distributed equally to each player. Any refused prizes will be retained and added to future payouts.
If a division has 16 or more teams, 3rd place finishers will receive money back.


Entry Fee:
Early Bird Discount: $80 per team.
Standard: $90 per team.


Refund Policy:
Team cancellations received prior to the event cutoff time will receive a full refund minus the processing fees. Team cancellations received after the registration cutoff time will forfeit their entire registration payment. The exception to this policy is when there are not enough teams in the registered division to field a complete pool. If this occurs, teams in the division that do not make a complete pool will be offered a refund. Any questions on this policy or its application should be addressed to play@cincityvolleyball.com. 


AVP Membership:
All players must have an active AVP America Silver or higher membership.


Facility Information:
Grand Sands Volleyball has 7 indoor sand and 7 outdoor sand courts. They also offer a restaurant and full service bar. Outside food and drink are not permitted.
