Neither positive nor negative, Aether is the equal + is the element of balance that restores harmony between body + spirit.
AETHER= is a 90-minute candlelight yin immersion designed to bring you back into equanimity through the sacred art of receiving.
Together, we slow down, soften, + allow.
Through candlelight Yin Yoga, aromatherapy + hands on adjustments with Reiki the body unwinds. With extended śavāsana + Sound Healing the energy clears + the nervous system recalibrates.
This is not effort. It’s restoration.
A gentle descent into stillness where the physical + spiritual planes meet in the Aether.
No experience required + simply come as you are + receive.
Through the Aether, we return to the body to call on the healer that has always been within.
What to Expect:
