Tisa of SoulShine Warrior warmly invites you a magically unique evening. Allowing you to Open your Heart as you indulge in the drinking of Ceremonial Cacao (the purest form of chocolate), and enjoy an Otherworldly Healing Sound Bath experience of relaxing into the healing power of sacred sound waves cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within.
The evening commences with a Cacao ceremony to honor ourselves and set an intention for the ceremony. There will be an opportunity to make a personal intention. We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao; energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the heart.
If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it. A calming evening to relax your body, mind and soul during this Festive season. This is a Safe, Open, and Loving atmosphere with like-minded people. Cacao is an ancient plant used for opening the heart and feeling a connection to yourself and all that surrounds you. Learn about the health benefits and the source of Cacao.
After drinking cacao, we will drop into the tranquil and immensely relaxing vibrations of multiple beautiful gongs and other unique healing instruments from around the world. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Light stretches and Yoga follow the sound bath to help with bringing you and your body slowly out of the meditative state.

Provides mental focus, lifts mood and energy, relaxes smooth muscle tissue, mild diuretic, brings the body into a state of attentiveness and relaxation, helps you deal with stress and pain, cleanses the liver, enhances well-being, happiness, resistance to stress, pleasure & motivation, love & trust.
To help prepare you we recommend that you bring the following with you:
Open Heart and an Open Mind. Please wear Comfortable Clothing. Your favorite MUG. Journal and Pen. Camping Mat/Sleeping Bag, Comforters/Blankets, Pillows, eye mask, and water.
Sacred items that you would like charged. Could be a precious stone or crystal, feather, piece of jewelry, item with a special memory.
