As autumn settles into the Front Range, /pôr/ Wine House invites you to experience a Mediterranean-inspired Thanksgiving feast — a celebration of warmth, gratitude, and the season’s harvest.

This five-course dinner captures the essence of the Mediterranean table, blending rustic charm and refined balance. Chef’s seasonal menu intertwines roasted chestnuts, saffron, pancetta, and lamb, each course paired with wines that tell their own stories — expressive of terroir, craftsmanship, and the people behind the bottle.

Our Sommelier will guide guests through each pour, sharing tasting notes and regional insight that bring the journey to life. This is more than a dinner — it’s a sensory experience of food, wine, and storytelling.

Seared Scallops with Saffron Cauliflower Purée and Olive Oil
Paired with David Bruce Edna Valley Chardonnay
Elegant and vibrant with lemon curd, roasted hazelnut, and lively acidity that enhances the saffron and sea essence.


Second Course

Tuscan-Inspired Stuffed Shells with Squash, Pancetta & Ricotta
Paired with Poggio del Concone Super Tuscan
Full-bodied and rich with dark berry fruit, spice, and earthy balance that complements roasted squash and pancetta.


Third Course

Roasted Lamb Chop with Fall Root Vegetables and Rosemary Jus
Paired with Ronco di Sassi Primitivo–Malbec
Powerful, layered, and deeply expressive — notes of plum, black cherry, and spice harmonize with the lamb’s herbal depth.


Dessert Course

Fig & Walnut Tart with Honey and Cinnamon Cream
Paired with Lambrusco or Ca’ Montini Pinot Grigio (Trentino)
