Slow Flow Yoga Series (Farragut)

Join Charity of Knox Holistic at her private home studio in Farragut for Slow Flow Yoga Series that’s suitable for ALL levels.

Day & time: Tuesdays @ 6:30pm
Dates: Nov 4-25 (4wks) & Dec 2-30 (5wks)

Cost: $60 (4wks) or $75 (5wks) or $125 (9wks)
Drop ins: $20 (if space allows)

Class description: Come unwind & de-stress with us in my cozy home yoga studio that holds 12 students & one cool cat comfortably. We will begin with kava drinks in our garage lounge space & have a little time for socializing before/after class so we can get to know others in the community.

What to bring: a yoga mat if you have one or borrow one of mine. All other props are provided.
