A certified Ayurvedic Counselor, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist, Mira integrates the contemplative, healing, and performing arts through live chanting events, yoga workshops, Yoga Nidra sessions, and Ayurvedic bodymind therapies.The Salt Cave is located inside of Diamond Vitality Center at 333 West South Boulder Rd. in Louisville,CO.It is a blue one story building on the northwest corner of South Boulder Rd and Garfield Ave. Please arrive 15 minutes early especially if you are new to fill out a waiver and get oriented to the space. No yoga mats are needed as you will be relaxing in one of our 10 recliners in the salt cave. We have blankets but feel free to bring your own and perhaps an eye pillow.
