Who We are

Amy Lynn is a Reiki Master and LMT, who weaves bodywork, energy healing, and spirit-led intuition to help you return to balance and clarity.

Khe Nguyen is a sound healer, yoga teacher, and intuitive facilitator who creates gentle, transformative spaces for healing, release, and inner softness.

What to Expect

• Grounding meditation to settle your energy
• A full sound immersion with drum wash, rattles, chimes, ocean drum, gongs, singing bowls, and intuitive vocal tones.
• Gentle release practices aligned with the moon.
• A soothing, transformative journey to help you release and return to softness.

• Comfortable, cozy clothing
• Water
• Yoga mats and blankets are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own
