Racial Wealth Gap Simulation (Interactive Experience)

Recognizing Black History Month, Beargrass is hosting an interactive learning experience facilitated by Louisville Metro United Way. The Racial Wealth Gap Simulation is a guided, interactive experience (not a lecture). Participants are assigned a role and move through key moments in U.S. history to see how policies and systems shaped access to wealth-building opportunities—often very differently depending on race. We’ll close with a group debrief and reflection.
