Training tips, like hand signals and rules of the road, as well as nutritional information will also be shared. Plus, the first 250 to register will receive a free training shirt.

The training rides will take place at Noon on Sundays starting February 22 through March 29. All rides will begin at the Yellow Lot, 1401 River Rd Louisville, KY 40206.

- Cycling 101 sessions will follow the first four group rides.
- All participants need to bring their bike and helmet
