Minfulness & Meditation Retreat at the Speed Art Museum
Join Mindfulness and Meditation instructors Karen Newton, Brian Monsma, Katrina Kaufman, and Emily Smith for an afternoon of relaxation, reflection, and silence at the Speed Art Museum. During this 4.5 hour retreat, you will explore the power of begining again through various guided meditations, chair yoga, mindful skills such as dynamic and oceanic breathing, and teachings through a dharma talk and instructors sharing their experiences. No meditation experience is needed. Lunch will be provided.
