The holiday season can be difficult for those grieving a loss. Hosparus Health Grief Services invites grieving families to gather for sharing and support as you navigate the season. However you define family, you are welcome. Sessions are appropriate for adults and for families with children ages 6 and up. Facilitated by our grief counselors, each session includes activities, grief education, self-regulation exercises, and practical tips for coping and self-care through the holidays.

Childcare available for children under 6 through YMCA Kids Club.
