The front door will need to be locked by 2:30 after which you will not be able to be let in to the session. No yoga mats are needed as you will be relaxing in one of our 10 recliners in the salt cave. We have blankets but feel free to bring your own and perhaps an eye pillow. You may bring a closed water bottle into the Salt Cave with you.
