Open to anyone interested in tuning forks!

In this class you will learn how to hold and activate your forks, and we’ll explore concepts of using them to promote wellness for yourself and others. You’ll receive handouts detailing the exercises so that you can use them at home. My teachings embody information from sources such as Eileen McKusick (Biofield Tuning), Donna Eden Energy Medicine, and Energy Medicine Yoga (Lauren Walker), and from my own experience in using them consistently in my Reiki/Sound therapy practice for the past 4 years.

You do not need to have a fork to attend, as I will bring mine. But if you do own some forks, please bring them, and any tools you use to help them sound (hockey pucks, mallets, thigh pads, etc.).
