We carry stories, gifts, survival patterns, wounds, and wisdom passed down through generations. This evening is an invitation to explore our lineage with compassion, honesty, and an open heart.

This circle is not about guilt or shame. It is about acknowledging what has been carried, taking accountability for the ways ancestral wounds have impacted ourselves, each other, and the land, and creating space to heal, release, and reconnect.

Through candle ritual, guided trance work, shadow work, energy work, journaling, and partner exercises, we will explore the patterns we carry, the stories that have been forgotten, and the healing that is ready to unfold.
During our trance journey, you will be guided to meet an ancestor who will help you witness generational trauma you may be carrying, including the impacts of colonization, disconnection from the land, and the ways harm has moved through generations. This is a time to face what is ready to be seen, release pain and shame, and reconnect with the beauty, wisdom, and healing our ancestors hope to see carried forward through us.
We will also experience partner mirroring and intuitive witnessing, creating space to be truly seen, supported, and connected as we explore our ancestral relationships.

Adults Only (all gender spectrum). This circle is for people that are ready to truly do deeper ancestral recognition, and Healing.

• Mug for tea
• Personal chime candle holder if you have one
• An item that represents you or your ancestral connection for our altar
• Comfortable clothing for sitting on the floor
• Extra pillows or blankets if desired (some will be provided)

Early Bird Cost: $39.00 RSVP & pay by August 17th. 
Regular Cost: $42.00 must pay this price after August 17th.
