Friday night is about laughter, gingerbread and gifts.

Saturday night, we’re transforming the farm into an OLD-WORLD CHRISTMAS, complete with a European Christmas Market, Santa and his reindeer, a live Nativity, Christmas carolers and a lantern-lit walk beneath the Christmas lights.

Two very different nights.

Advance registration is encouraged so we know how much display space we’ll need.

And we’re keeping the gingerbread houses on display Saturday so our Old-World Christmas visitors can enjoy them too!

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without at least one gift that makes everybody ask:

OLD-WORLD CHRISTMAS AT APPLEGATE

Saturday night, we’re slowing Christmas down.

Imagine glowing market stalls.

Christmas music drifting through the farm.

Hot cocoa.

Firelight.

Handmade gifts.

Santa.

Reindeer.

A living Nativity.

Carolers singing beneath the Christmas lights.

And families carrying lanterns together through the farm.

For one evening, we’re creating an Old-World Christmas at Applegate.

🎄 4:00–9:00 PM — EUROPEAN CHRISTMAS MARKET

Wander through a Christmas market inspired by the traditional holiday markets of Europe.

We’re inviting artisans, makers, growers, bakers and craftspeople to fill Applegate with beautiful things made by hand.

We’re looking for handmade, artisan, farm-made, vintage and food vendors that add to the atmosphere of an old-fashioned Christmas market.

🎅🦌 4:30–8:00 PM — MEET SANTA & HIS REINDEER

Santa is coming to Applegate…

And he’s bringing the reindeer. ❤️

Visit Santa.

Meet the reindeer.

And take your own Christmas pictures.

⭐ LIVE NATIVITY

Among all the lights, presents, food and excitement, we also want to leave room for the story at the heart of Christmas.

Join us for a simple and beautiful Live Nativity featuring animals from Applegate Farms.

There will be THREE scheduled presentations:

⭐ 8:00 PM

Each presentation will last approximately 15–20 minutes, giving families plenty of time before and afterward to visit Santa, meet the reindeer, shop the market and explore the Christmas Lights.

🎶✨ CHRISTMAS CAROLERS

This is one of the pieces we’re most excited about.

Throughout Saturday evening, Christmas carolers will help fill the farm with the songs that have been part of Christmas for generations.

We’re hoping to welcome local churches, school groups, musicians and community singers throughout the evening.

You may hear them near the market.

Around the fires.

Along the Christmas Lights.

And they’ll have a very special role at the end of the evening…

🏮✨ THE APPLEGATE CHRISTMAS LANTERN WALK

At approximately 8:15 PM, following our final Live Nativity presentation, we’ll gather for something we hope becomes an Applegate Christmas tradition.

Guests will take an LED lantern or candle and join us for a lantern-lit procession through part of the Christmas Lights.

Children.

Parents.

Grandparents.

Friends.

Neighbors.

All walking together beneath the lights while Christmas carolers lead us through the farm.

There’s no competition.

There’s no additional ticket.

There’s nowhere we’re trying to hurry everyone to.

It’s simply a few minutes to slow down, walk together and experience Christmas. ❤️
