Bring your energy and let the silent disco headphones guide your flow as you connect with the music, beautiful old trees, the soft sunset, and the silvery light of the moon.No judgment, just pure fun and freedom.We will begin the event with a guided drop-in meditation and end with a guided grounding meditation.Don’t miss this magical night of meditation and movement!ARRIVAL: Please plan to arrive at 6:30 PM to settle in and grab a set of headphones. We will also be providing LED lights for you to dance with (so you can shine like the star that you are✨) We will also have an alter space where you may place trinkets, notes with your thoughts, or other small items you may want to incorporate into our dance.LOCATION: We will dance inside a natural Tree Circle at Bracketts Farm in Louisa, Virginia (pictured below). This is about 30 minutes outside of Charlottesville.
