Grab your girl and join us for Pints & Ponytails, a hands-on dad & daughter hair workshop led by local hairstylist Sage Gibson of Moxie Hair & Body Lounge.

Whether you're starting at “Wait…how many times does the hair tie go around?” or you've already mastered the basics, Sage will walk dads through three go-to hairstyles you can actually recreate at home:

? A polished ponytail
? A simple single braid
? Super fun half-up pigtail buns
? & more! (based on time)

Your daughter gets to be your model while you learn, practice and (probably) ask Sage to fix whatever just happened. No experience necessary. Like, seriously. None. ?

Dad and daughter will work together throughout the class, making this part practical lesson, part quality time—and hopefully the start of some much easier school mornings. ?

MEET YOUR HAIR-SAVING HERO ✂️
Sage Gibson is a licensed hairstylist at Moxie Hair & Body Lounge and a Fluvanna local who earned her cosmetology license while still in high school. She's been professionally doing hair for about 2½ years, specializes in blondes and lived-in color, and—most importantly for this particular afternoon—has agreed to teach a room full of dads how to use hair ties. ?
