Along the way, I’ll guide a simple breathing practice based on Oxygen Advantage® principles, bringing awareness to the breath as part of the meditation. From there, we’ll enter the Yurt for a Reiki-infused sound journey, with Reiki offered alongside the sound.There is nothing to achieve. Nothing is required.
