Yin yoga is a floor based practice where you hold yoga poses for an extended period of time to allow space for introspection, exploration & nourishes the whole mind & body from deep within. 

Sound is a powerful meditation where you have to do absolutely nothing but surrender to the process, allowing your mind to reach a higher state of consciousness & your body to receive a deeply restorative reset.

As everything slows down for the summer season with many escaping on holiday & embracing Q time, I’ve decided to hold this dreamy evening in July to cover all bases!
