- **Event Description**: Are you looking for a welcoming, compassionate inclusive space where your voice can be heard and where you can feel the support and community of like-minded souls? If so, come and join my next Women’s Circle event on Sat 20th June at 2pm in East Leake!

Circles are traditionally communal gatherings devoted to sacred story sharing. They are places of connection where we learn to really hear one another, to listen without judgment or jumping in with advice. The quietest voices can be heard in Circle - all are given space to share as much or as little as they wish.

Women gathering together is the reclamation of an ancient practice of sitting together sharing experiences and processing emotions. This practice is still preserved and revered in indigenous societies today and is now being recognised for its importance to help combat the epidemic of isolation and overwhelm that characterizes much of modern life.

Circles support empathy and connection and improve the way we relate to others. In Circle we remember what it means to be human, to be present, so that life becomes easier to navigate.
This is available to you if you would like to come into this space.
My Women’s Healing Circles include sharing whatever comes up for you in this space (as much or as little as feels comfortable), journalling and a simple ritual to release anything you are ready to release such as fears or emotional overwhelm. There will be a guided meditation to connect with your soul and an oracle card pull for further self-reflection.
