Winter Dreaming Forest Bathing Walk

Meeting at the Lower Car Park of Beacon Hill, off Breakback Road, we will walk through the winter woodland following nature’s lead and slowing down. By opening up your senses you will be able to connect more deeply with the season and all this still point of the year has to offer.

You will be gently guided through a series of open invitations that prompt you to become more present in the moment and deepen into an awareness of your own place in the wider natural world.

Much of the walk will be spent in silence soaking up the peace of the Woodland, interspersed with time spent together in sharing circles.
