Sound Bath & Meditation Evening
Our evening will start with a gentle meditation to the sounds of the ocean, as together we take a journey of tranquillity along the 'golden sands' of relaxation. As our relaxation deepens we will be cleansed by the harmonies of sound 'waves', the beautiful tones from the crystal harp & the sounds of the ocean drum. You deep relaxation will help 'wash away' & cleanse from within xxx
