PSA testing

PSA testing on Saturday November 15th 2025.

Over the last few years Rushcliffe Golf club has organised PSA testing as part of the fight against Prostate Cancer. We work with the Graham Fulford Charitable Trust who are experts in this area and have an extensive testing program.

Our first allocation of testing slots sold out but we have managed to get another 20 slots but that will be the limit.

If you are over 70 most doctors will do this test but many require as many as 3 visits before being sanctioned. If you do it this way then there is no cost.

The trust charge £25 to cover the testing costs with any remaining funds being used to support further research into the biggest single killer of men in the UK. Testing is open to all including younger men down to 40 years of age where there has been large increases in cases. Test is on a Saturday morning at The Rushcliffe Golf Club with free car parking and a firm appointment time.

Last year the testing pick up several participants with early stages so at a time when treatment is at its most effective. Ladies make sure to get your partner booked in!
