The equinox marks a moment of natural balance, when day and night stand in equal measure and the energy of the year begins its gradual shift inward. Early autumn carries a reflective quality — the harvest season, golden light, and the sense of gathering in what the year has offered so far. This sound bath offers a gentle space to pause within that seasonal turning point, resting deeply while the resonant tones of gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, and therapeutic instruments wash through the body and calm the mind.

The equinox is traditionally a time for integration and gratitude, inviting us to acknowledge what has grown and what we are ready to release as the darker months slowly approach. Within the shared stillness of community, the sound journey supports this process of reflection and rebalancing, helping to settle the nervous system and restore a sense of inner harmony. As the seasons shift, you’ll be invited to soften, listen inwardly, and leave feeling grounded, centred, and gently aligned with the quiet wisdom of autumn.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat, duvet, sleeping bag and soft blanket for comfortable reclining

Cushions or bolsters to support your body as you sink into relaxation

Warm socks or an extra throw blanket – your body temp drops as you relax

An eye pillow, and a water bottle to stay hydrated

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event you have booked for, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you wish, please advise me of any change (including their email address) and ensure they have the information emailed to you.
