A beginner-friendly introduction to simple stitching, upcycling and slow making, with a useful handmade item to take away.All materials are provided.There is a suggested ticket price of £3 to cover the cost of materials, with a 'Pay What You Can' option.About Create & ConnectCreate and Connect is a series of monthly creative workshops open to all students, taking place in the Library on the second Tuesday of the month. Each session is a one-off and must be booked in advance. They are a chance to meet new people, learn new skills and make something to take away.AccessibilityThere is step free access into the building and Seminar Room One is located on the entry level floor. There are accessible toilets nearby.If you have any specific access requirements or anything you would like us to be aware of, please let us know via the booking form or email LU.Arts@mailbox.lboro.ac.uk in advance of booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.PhotographyPhotography will be taking place at this event.
