You will learn basic and life saving First Aid meaning you can relax in the knowledge that if the worst happened you would know what to do ??

You can practise those skills on our CPR manikins and choking vests too - which is a huge benefit to doing a face to face course. 

The class includes:- assessing a casualty, CPR, choking, burns, bleeds, bumps, seizures, sepsis and more.
