Explore the Art of Historic Writing!

Step back into a time before ballpoint pens and keyboards with our hands-on workshop Writing with Ink: Exploring the Dip Pen at the Cleo Redd Fisher Museum!

This relaxed, interactive session invites you to try your hand at historic writing tools — from steel-nib dip pens to feather quills — and learn about how people historically wrote, folded, and sealed letters. No experience required — just curiosity!

Participants will:
✨ Experiment with multiple historic writing tools
✨ Learn traditional letter folding and wax sealing
✨ Create and take home handwritten letters (and even a dip pen + steel nib!)
