This unique community event welcomes individuals, families, schools, churches, businesses, civic organizations, and community groups to participate in a friendly chalk art competition while celebrating Octoberfest and Halloween on the Square.

Participants are encouraged to create artwork that promotes kindness, inclusion, community spirit, and positivity while embracing the fun of the fall season.

💙 Supporting a Great Cause This event serves as a fundraiser benefiting the Loudon County Transition Academy, a post-high school program serving young adults ages 18-22 with disabilities as they prepare for successful employment, independent living, and meaningful community involvement.

📋 Participation Guidelines • Artwork must be family-friendly and appropriate for public viewing.
 • Designs should reflect the event theme.
 • Chalk only (no paint, markers, or permanent materials).
 • Participants must follow all event guidelines and assigned space requirements.
 • Complete guidelines will be provided upon registration.
