Our evening will begin with a warm welcome from Anna Chaney, Energy Healer, who will guide us through some gentle breathwork and a grounding meditation designed to calm the mind, release tension, and help you settle into the present moment.

From there, featured musician Connar Willman will lead a restorative sound healing journey featuring the soothing tones of the sun gong, Tibetan singing bowls, ocarina, and other natural instruments. As the sounds wash over you, you're invited to meditate, dream, or simply relax and receive.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable as you settle in for this immersive sound bath experience. The vibrations of these ancient instruments can help promote stress relief, relaxation, emotional balance, and a sense of inner peace.
