This introductory class guides you to tune into your body as well as to nature through the five elements–Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal (Air), and Water–as pathways for healing, self-knowledge, and energetic renewal. Through breath, movement, and stillness, you will explore the elemental archetypes while learning a foundational qigong form that invites you into relationship with the cycles of nature within and around you. No prior experience is necessary–only a willingness to slow down, listen within, and let the body remember what it already knows. Class will be concluded with our special tea ceremony. All bodies and experience levels welcome.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

One ticket per attendee is required. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
