Grief is the experience of coping with loss - most notably, the death of a loved one. But grief can arise from any event that disrupts or challenges our sense of normalcy: health, relationships, job or career, finances, and more! This Sound Journey is an experience to support you in whatever form your grief may take.

In this integrative Sound "Bath" Journey we'll explore the transformative power of gratitude — not as a denial of grief, but as a gentle bridge toward healing and hope. Gratitude and grief can coexist; both are expressions of love and reminders of what truly matters.
