My name is Uli, Embodied Leadership Mentor and Founder of my wellness and lifestyle brand Ahora Living.

I am on a mission to build a movement of embodied leaders that understand that their outer reality is a reflection of their inner world. We need more embodied leaders to create a kinder, more sustainable world for our current and future generations. True leadership starts within, from a place of embodiment we can ripple our unique visions and gifts into the world.

After a successful corporate career I followed my heart and devoted myself to creating transformative experiences that enrich lives through presence. Ahora means "now" in Spanish has been the greatest calatyst for my own growth, as well as for hundreds of my clients. This is your invitation to join the movement!
